How can I reserve individual tickets with my pass?
You will need to log in with the email and password you created when you first bought your pass. To access the log in page, go to the top navigation page and hover over events and select schedule. You will see the schedule with a button that says login. Login with your email and password. You will then be able to select order tickets. Prices will automatically discount to zero (except for the brunch which is a separate ticketed event.) For more information you can watch this short 1 minute instructional video:
Do I need to RSVP for the events/parties if I have a VIP pass?
Yes. While these are included in your VIP pass, we still need a head count! This helps us make sure we have not over sold an event and if there is food that we have ordered enough. It only takes a minute to RSVP but it’s a huge help to our teams!
Will tickets/Passes be available at the door?
Yes! In the event that a screening is sold out on the day of, you will be placed on a wait list at the door. If any of the pre-sold tickets do not show up then those tickets will be released to people on the waitlist. Wait list will be first come, first serve.
Do I need my tickets/QR code that was sent to me?
Yes! We will scan all tickets at the door. We have screenings that we anticipate selling out and we need to ensure only those with a valid ticket are admitted. If you have.VIP or film pass, your tickets will be stored in a QR on the back of your pass. You will need to scan that QR code at the door for every screening.
Can I attend the parties and events without a VIP pass?
While there are occasionally events that do not require a VIP pass or a ticket, these attendees are generally required to purchase an upgrade or individual ticket for the event.
